Snickerdoodle Cookies
Preheat oven - 375
Bake about 8 min or until desired color, golden
Use greased cookie sheets

3 3/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 

Stir together flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt
Beat margarine for 30 seconds
Add the 2 cups sugar and beat until fluffy
Add eggs, milk and vanilla,  mix well
Add dry ingredients until well combined
Form into 1 inch balls
Roll in the sugar cinnamon mixture
Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet
Flatten slightly with bottom of a drinking glass

Hint:  Instead of rolling dough in the sugar mixture,
spray bottom of glass with a bit of cooking spray
and dip it into the sugar mixture and flatten cookies.
